The coronavirus has changed the way we all do business. The new normal for many investigators is conducting investigation interviews or fact-finding using a video platform. This session discusses the key factors that are used to assess credibility and the challenges that arise during video interviews when making credibility determinations. This session will also highlight key things investigators must do to effectively conduct a video interview.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Highlight the main factors used to assess credibility and how to effectively use them during a video interview

  • Understand the nuances and challenges in conducting video interviews and what the investigators must do differently

  • Gain tips for having the proper set up for conducting a video interview and other issues that can arise such as sharing documents and taking notes.
