Brittny Bottorff, AWI-CH is a founding partner of Insight Counsel LLP, a law firm dedicated to conducting workplace and school investigations. Brittny serves as an impartial, independent fact-finder who conducts investigations into complaints of workplace misconduct. Brittny has personally conducted or supervised numerous investigations in a variety of industries and settings in both the public and private sectors. Brittny also helps facilitate conflict resolution in the workplace. Brittny is actively involved with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), and she regularly serves as faculty for the AWI Training Institute for Workplace Investigators.
