Session Description:
Effective workplace investigations require more than just scheduling interviews and asking questions. Prematurely jumping into witness interviews without a clear plan can lead to missed opportunities, incomplete findings, and future susceptibilities. This training focuses on the critically important, yet often overlooked, “pre-interview” phase of your investigation. By focusing on strategy first, investigators can ensure that their process is thorough, legally sound, and tailored to the individual issue(s) and evidence at hand. Whether you are a seasoned investigator, or new to the field, this training will enhance your ability to approach investigations with confidence and precision.
