Effective workplace investigations require more than just scheduling interviews and asking questions. Prematurely jumping into witness interviews without a clear plan can lead to missed opportunities, incomplete findings, and future susceptibilities. This training focuses on the critically important, yet often overlooked, “pre-interview” phase of your investigation.
