Bill C-65 and New Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations

This webinar is an introduction to the changes to the Canada Labour Code regarding Harassment and Violence, and to the new Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations coming into force in Canada on January 1, 2021.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Explain the new definition of Harassment and Violence under the Canada Labour Code.
• Identify the various obligations (for employers and investigators) under the new Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations.
