Description

Listen to the insight and advice of a former EEOC investigator regarding both internal and external investigations. Learn how a credible investigation conducted properly can help, and even expedite, the agency’s own investigation, while an investigation that is poorly conducted or deemed to be biased can lead to greater scrutiny or adverse findings by the agency’s investigators.

Participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of how the EEOC evaluates investigation reports conducted by internal and external investigators
  • Obtain tips on how to conduct a thorough, unbiased investigation that provides enough information to assist in the EEOC’s own investigation
  • Hear about avoidable mistakes and tips for conducting an excellent investigation

All registrants will have acces to a recording of the webinar 48 hours after the live program.
