Session Overview:

This webinar will expand on the key issues and considerations for investigations at a historically gender- dominated workplace. Examples and a case study will be used to focus on key concepts.

Learning Objectives: 

Through participating in this webinar, attendees will learn: 

  1. To recognize the nature and the unique cultural issues of gender-dominated workplaces 
  2. To analyze where there are systemic gender concerns.  
  3. Setting the stage for investigation: the physical setting, online, and face to face,   
  4. The steps for preparing participants for investigation, collecting evidence.  
  5. Additional interviews and evidence where gender cultural issues arise. 
  6. Outlining findings and outcomes: the role of workplace restoration
