Cara?Panebianco, AWI-CH has been focused on workplace investigations and training for the past decade. She is a co-founder of Stallard?Panebianco?PC, a law firm providing investigations throughout California. Prior to founding Stallard?Panebianco?PC, Cara worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Business Conduct and Ethics at a publicly traded company with offices across the USA. Cara managed the company's team dedicated to providing internal investigations and led communications and education related to the company’s code of ethics. Cara received her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. She began her legal career in employment law, representing plaintiffs in litigation and administrative proceedings, then transitioned to advise employers on compliance, and then found workplace investigations. In addition to serving on the AWI Board of Directors, she serves on the AWI Training Institute committee and as faculty at the AWI Training Institutes.
