DD Madden, AWI-CH, SPHR, is a Senior ERBP, Investigator with Docusign. She began navigating the wild world of HR and investigations a few decades ago and has been focused solely on workplace investigations since 2018.  She took a break from her career, for several years, to wrangle five humans at home, which contributed to the refinement of her investigative skills and maintaining neutrality during teenage eye-rolls and disagreements.  A multilingual native Calfornian of Armenian descent, DD enjoys outdoor adventures and volunteering, most recently working on projects based in Uganda.  Along with earning the AWI-CH and SPHR designations, she holds a Bachelors in Business Administration.
