Donna R. Evans, AWI-CH is a California attorney who limits her practice to conducting workplace and Title IX campus investigations, training, and consulting. Donna has conducted and managed over 350 workplace and campus-based investigations into allegations of Title VII and Title IX violations and workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violence, bullying, dishonesty, ethical and policy violations, and whistleblowing. Donna leverages an extensive labor and employment and litigation with Director-level experience with a Fortune 200 company. Donna holds certificates as an investigator from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). Donna has also received basic and advanced training from T9 Mastered/Training for Campus Investigators and the Trauma-Informed Sexual Assault Investigation and Adjudication Institute. Donna has served as a faculty member for the AWI 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 National Training Institutes. Donna has also presented AWI Basics and Public Sector Investigation training in 2016, 2017, 2018. 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Donna is a renowned trainer and educator and has presented training to thousands of California managers and employees on a variety of employment and leadership topics. She has taught labor and employment law at California State University at Fullerton.
