Ms. Jarrells focuses her practice on employment and business litigation. She represents municipalities as well as companies of all sizes in the manufacturing, housing, health care, retail, agriculture, automotive, testing, food service, and hospitality industries. Her experience includes Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank whistleblower litigation, internal corporate investigations, trade secrets litigation, discrimination and retaliation litigation related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, bank, securities, and wire fraud litigation, ERISA interference and denial of benefits litigation, First Amendment litigation, enforcement of non-compete agreements, products liability litigation, multi-district litigation, and class and collective action litigation.
