Hugh Carson Gardner, AWI-CH is currently an EEO investigator with Lockheed Martin.  Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he was a Human Rights Officer (investigator) with the DC Office of Humans Rights, where he investigated municipal and federal claims of discrimination in employment and public accommodations. He is a graduate of Howard University School of Law, where he served as a student-mediator with the EEOC and DC Small Claims court.  He also spent time working with labor and employment law issues with the United Planning Organization.  Carson has committed his time to work with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation as well as the National Lawyers Guild.  After being born and raised in the Atlanta area, he matriculated at Boston University for his undergraduate degree, before ultimately making his way back home to Atlanta, GA, where he currently resides.
