Jeremy Eaves, AWI-CH is Vice-President of Human Resources at DaVita Kidney Care, a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Denver, CO. Eaves joined DaVita in 2010, and currently leads a team of 50 teammates responsible for policy development and implementation, disciplinary consultation and internal investigations, and shared HR compliance services to support a domestic population of over 55,000 employees. Eaves’ tenure in human resources spans over 20 years. Prior to joining DaVita, he held a variety of human resources positions at ING, OppenheimerFunds, and KeyBank, all leaders in the financial services industry. In addition to being a board member and faculty for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), Eaves was co-founder of the Colorado New Talent Management Network (CoNTMN). He previously held board positions with Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA) and Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning and Strategy (RMHRPS). A native of Colorado, Eaves holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration, both from Colorado State University. Eaves is a fifth generation Colorado native and resides in Denver, CO where he has trained for multiple marathons, century cycling events and the CrossFit Open.
