Julie Bryan, AWI-CH currently works as a Senior Investigator on the Specialized Investigations team at Amazon, based in Massachusetts.  Her team focuses on investigations involving HR professionals as Claimant, Respondent, or both.  While at Amazon, Julie has conducted over 350 investigations into employee workplace concerns and led a team that developed a global investigator training program for ER and HR professionals at Amazon. In her capacity as a Quality Assurance Lead at Amazon, she reviewed completed investigations for consistency, quality, and neutrality, and analyzed data for a high volume of investigations to identify trends and root causes of reported concerns.  Prior to joining Amazon, Julie worked for 20 years as an attorney and attorney investigator in her law practice, gaining courtroom experience as well as investigation experience with secondary schools, nonprofit organizations and corporations. Julie is an AWI Certificate Holder, trained Mediator and licensed attorney in Massachusetts.
