Kathryn M. Hartrick, AWI-CH is based in Chicago, Illinois.  Founder and principal of Hartrick Employment Law, Ltd. Delivering solutions in the areas of investigations, training/coaching, and employment law counseling. Also, General Counsel/Vice President for the global executive coaching firm, Robertson Lowstuter. Kathryn has conducted complex investigations including those involving complaints posted on social media, witnesses located around the world, multiple complainant/respondents in a single investigation, and C-Suite leaders with reports to Boards of Directors.  Combining over 25 years of employment law expertise with extensive training/teaching in investigations, mediation, and executive coaching.  Kathryn served as Deputy Commissioner for the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations discrimination agency. Former law firm partner/litigator, and adjunct law school professor. Volunteer mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights.  Kathryn has held in-house senior corporate officer legal and HR positions with global publicly traded corporations.  An elected Fellow to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Illinois Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine; and Martindale-Hubbell "AV" rating, the highest ranking in legal ability and ethical standards as determined by lawyer peers.  Frequently speaks and writes on sexual harassment/respect in the workplace, investigations, executive coaching, and employment law issues. Law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she served on the Law Review, and BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
