Mr. Kevin Sherburne

Kevin P. Sherburne is an internal investigator at the University of California Office of the President, where he conducts whistleblower investigations across the entire UC system. Mr. Sherburne also develops and provides workplace investigations training seminars within the UC system, including a first-ever Investigators Academy for University investigators. Mr. Sherburne retired as an FBI Special Agent in 2018, where he conducted investigations and led operational squads, including national security matters, public corruption and civil rights. Mr. Sherburne was also responsible for training and internal investigations. Mr. Sherburne served on the Adjunct Faculty of the FBI Academy in Quantico and has provided training to over 1,000 senior level law enforcement officers on 5 continents. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in History and received his JD from The American University, Washington College of Law, where he was a law review editor. Mr. Sherburne clerked for federal judges in Virginia and Washington, D.C., where he also practiced law for several prominent law firms.
