Lynn Lieber, AWI-CH is an expert workplace investigator, having conducted hundreds of such investigations for all types of employers. She is an active member of the international organization AWI (Association of Workplace Investigators). Lynn has been designated as an AWI Certificate Holder, having passed an examination administered by AWI. From 2014-2019, Lynn served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at AWI’s Workplace Investigation Training Institute, as she will in 2020. In 1987, Lynn began practicing management-side employment law in San Francisco at Littler, the renowned world leader in the field of employment law. She later practiced at Fisher & Phillips LLP, where she became a full equity partner in 1995. For a decade, Lynn was the Founder and CEO of Workplace Answers, Inc., a full-service employment law training company specializing in Web-based training solutions. Lynn’s mission was to provide high quality, scalable training on a worldwide basis to Fortune 500 companies as well as educational, public and non-profit organizations. Workplace Answers trained millions of employees around the globe in preventive employment practices. Lynn successfully sold Workplace Answers in 2010; it is now owned and operated by EverFi, the largest web-based training company in the world. For the past decade, Lynn’s primary professional focus has been conducting workplace investigations that are efficient, cost-effective and objective. Lynn brings neutrality to her role after her decade of owning and managing a preventive training company. She conducts 15-25 investigations per year. Lynn earned a B.A. degree, Cum Laude, from the University of the Pacific in California. She earned a J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as the Technical Editor of the Computer and High Technology Law Journal.
