Molly Thurmond has conducted scores of investigations on employment matters for public entities, municipalities, businesses, and non-profit organizations. She has a diverse legal background. She worked as an attorney for the United States District Court in Saipan, the director of litigation for a multi-national corporation, writer and editor for legal publishing companies, and in-house corporate counsel. In addition to taking and defending hundreds of depositions, she has also successfully argued several cases before the California and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She has also worked as a mediator in the past 5 years.
