Monica Jeffrey, AWI-CH is a founding partner in JMJ Workplace Investigation Law LLP, a firm practising exclusively in conducting impartial workplace investigations. Prior to becoming a workplace investigator, Monica practiced in employment law for 10 years, representing and advising employees and employers in all workplace matters. Monica became passionate about promoting and enhancing the quality of impartial workplace investigations after attending the 2013 Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute. Monica was integrally involved in developing the Canadian Chapter of AWI and the internationally accredited certificate program for the Training Institute where she has regularly served as chair, evaluator and faculty. Monica is the Immediate Past President of AWI.
