Sherri Stegge, AWI-CH is an attorney who has worked in human resources conducting workplace investigations for over twenty-two years at Kaiser Permanente. Sherri’s focus has been to reduce the number of grievances and complaints by providing tactical and strategic training to managers on consistency and how to avoid grievances and complaints for a healthy workplace. Sherri’s work and priority has been leveraging relationships to provide mediation between employees and managers as well as the union and managers to avoid conflict (which leads to complaints) at the lowest level. Sherri has held various roles across the organization in human resources and compliance/risk management all with a focus on risk reduction. Before working for Kaiser, Sherri was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Flint and she also worked for a small law firm specializing in family law, criminal law, employment law and personal injury. Sherri received her Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
