Tyler Marik

Tyler Marik, AWI-CH, is an internal workplace investigator at the University of California, Los Angeles. Working for Campus Human Resources - Employee & Labor Relations, Tyler conducts serious staff misconduct investigations. He investigates matters including workplace violence, abusive conduct and bullying, theft, and other terminable offenses. Tyler's career began in labor relations where he worked for the Communication Workers of America and California Nurses Association advocating for employees. Tyler is a proud "double Bruin" as an employee who also received his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He is a graduate of the 2024 AWI Virtual Institute. Tyler lives in Santa Clarita, California, with his wife and sons, and is a member of the San Fernando Valley AWI Local Circle.
