Cherolyn Knapp: conflict resolution consultant, mediator, trainer, workplace investigator and lawyer based in Victoria, BC, Canada. She has conducted numerous workplace investigations in various public, private and non-profit sector organisations, under unionised and non-union environments. Cherolyn is a trainer and facilitator in relation to conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, high conflict situations, leading people and improving team functioning. In addition, she provides training and coaching as an associate of the High Conflict Institute.


Ms. Katy Russell

Katy Russell: over 30 years’ experience in employee and industrial relations, training, workplace investigation and workplace conflict resolution. Katy’s extensive background and experience in industrial relations means that she understands the context of complaints and grievances. Her interest in conflict resolution led her to train as a mediator in 2005 and she is accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System. She is an active member of Resolution Institute and has served on the Queensland Chapter Committee.


Dr. Amanda Bond


Dr. Amanda Bond: trained as a Doctor of Forensic and Clinical Psychology. She has held a variety of positions in both private and public domains, across a broad range of both juvenile and adult appointments. This includes working within the incarcerated offenders programs both adult and child, being called upon as an expert witness in forensic cases, and she demonstrates significant clinical expertise and understanding of strategic planning and delivery for a broad range of audiences.

Paula Hoctor: with over 25 years in employment law and workplace investigations, she has built one of Australia’s largest independent workplace investigations firms. Under her leadership, Q Workplace Solutions is known for their skilled and sensitive approach to trauma-informed and culturally-responsive workplace investigations and reviews. She is a recognised authority on procedurally fair and impartial workplace investigations, frequently conducting training and presenting at conferences for major industry bodies.
