A proven transformational coach, facilitator, and trainer, certified in Results Coaching™ by the NeuroLeadership Institute, Dawn Andrews is experienced in helping professionals, leaders, and teams break through boundaries to access their full personal and professional potential through individual and group coaching, training and development.

Dawn practiced labor & employment law for 25 years before leaving the law to focus exclusively on her leadership coaching business, Access Leadership Coaching, in 2024.  Dawn spent 18 years at one of the world’s largest energy companies, including leadership roles in labor and employment law, diversity and inclusion, and ethics and workplace culture. During that time, she was responsible for the company’s workplace investigations team and conducted hundreds of investigations. Prior to that, she was an attorney at a large international law firm for seven years.
