Erin Kuzz


Erin Kuzz is one of the founding members of Sherrard Kuzz in Toronto, Canada where she represents employers in all areas of employment and labour law. Erin has been recognized by Lexpert®, Chambers Global®, Who’s Who Legal® and Best Lawyers® as one of Canada’s leading employment and labour lawyers.  Having practised labour and employment law for more than 20 years, she has earned a reputation for practical, results-oriented advice. Erin is a Past Chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association and was a member of the Human Resource Committee for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Para Pan Am Games.  She is widely published, has written extensively about a number of different labour and employment issues, including workplace investigations, and is contacted frequently by media for comments on current labour or employment matters. She has also taught on labour relations issues at both York University and University of Toronto.
