Gayle F. Wasserman, Esq. is the principal of Wasserman Law LLP, where she serves as an independent workplace investigator and trusted counselor to organizations navigating complex employee relations issues. Gayle is also the co-founder of Impact Workplace Training, LLC, where she develops and delivers customized workplace training programs for employees, managers, executives, and Human Resources and Employee Relations professionals. Gayle also is a Professional Programs Educator with Cornell University’s ILR School, where she designs and teaches multi-day workshops for HR and ER professionals on best practices for conducting workplace investigations, investigation report writing, EEO and employment law, effective employee relations, harassment prevention, and collaborative problem solving.


Gayle earned her law degree from New York University School of Law, and received her undergraduate degree with honors in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
