Maureen is a shareholder in the San Francisco law office of Ogletree Deakins. In addition to many years in private practice as a trusted advisor and employment litigator, Maureen served as global in-house employment counsel for a multi-national engineering and construction firm. With over 25 years of experience conducting workplace investigations, she is often called upon to conduct investigations into allegations against members of the C-suite, founders, employees in the HR or Legal departments and other sensitive positions. She has conducted investigations into claims of sexual harassment and assault, race discrimination, sex discrimination, disability discrimination, and retaliation. She also conducts culture assessments to uncover concerns among members of the workforce.
