Vanessa Lapointe is a senior associate, investigator and certified mediator with BLG LLP’s labour & employment law group. Licenced to practise in Quebec and Ontario, her practice notably focuses on complex workplace harassment investigations.

Vanessa is a frequent speaker and trainer on cognitive bias, microaggressions, harassment and discrimination prevention. She has been recognized by peers as a rising star in the legal space and a leader in furthering the cause of equality in her profession as well as in the corporate world in general.

When Vanessa is not focusing on workplace investigation and related advice, she practises labour relations and collective bargaining, mergers & acquisitions, and provides general employment advice to Canadian and international employers, with a focus on the American and French companies expanding operations in Canada.
