Parisa Haim Faridian is an assistant professor of management at the Fowler College of Business, San Diego State University. She specializes in entrepreneurship and innovation, with a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University and an M.S. in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University. Her research focuses on the complexities of innovativeness in new ventures, technical knowledge transfer, and strategic entrepreneurial leadership in open innovation contexts. Parisa is also the co-founder of Kolabrya AI, a purpose-built tool for workplace investigations.
