Juan Castañeda is a partner at the law firm Castañeda + Heidelman LLP, where his practice focuses on complex internal investigations and business litigation for companies and nonprofits throughout the United States. His expertise in internal investigations is extensive and includes conducting over 15 years of internal investigations for multinational NGOs, faith-based organizations, Christian universities, banks, health care providers, life science and consumer companies, insurance companies, and boards of directors. Juan honed his skills serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California and working for top-tier national law firms.
Rob Dunikoski is a former federal prosecutor with extensive litigation and investigations experience who provides sound advice and counsel on high-stakes matters. Before joining Castañeda + Heidelman, LLP, Rob led a team of twenty-five attorneys handling federal litigation, employment, internal investigations, and other compliance matters at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Before that, Rob prosecuted crimes at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas and litigated commercial cases at DLA Piper. He began his career clerking for U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis.
