Lisa Buehler is an attorney investigator at Buehler Workplace Investigations. As one of California's most experienced attorney investigators, I conduct complex and sensitive investigations for private and public employers and Title IX misconduct investigations on campus. In 2020, in response to the increasing importance for employers and educational institutions to address racial inequality and sexual misconduct, I changed the focus of my investigations practice to conduct a limited number of investigations. This allows me to conduct investigations promptly and efficiently, and enables employees to return to inclusive workplaces and students to safe educational environments.
