With over 25 years of experience in ethics and risk reporting, Shannon Walker is the founder of WhistleBlower Security Inc. and the EVP of Thought Leadership and Strategy at CaseIQ, a global leader in confidential ethics hotlines and case management solutions. Shannon helps organizations protect and empower employees, strengthen cultures, and meet evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

Her passion for international ethics and strategic development is rooted in a diverse background in communications and family business management, spanning retail, property management, automotive insurance products, and entrepreneurship. Shannon has also served her community as a councillor for the District of West Vancouver and as a board member for organizations including WBE Canada, and the BC Epilepsy Society.
